1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phpopen ("phpopen", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phpopen.club. By accessing, registering on, or using the phpopen platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

phpopen is an online gaming platform operating under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phpopen platform and close your account. Continued use of phpopen after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to phpopen is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are non-negotiable and strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum gambling age in the Philippines is 21 years pursuant to applicable PAGCOR regulations. phpopen does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing phpopen from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial transactions on phpopen.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR-mandated exclusion, or court order prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) phpopen account. Opening duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances as permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full features of phpopen, you must register for an account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phpopen is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Additional documentation may be requested at phpopen's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpopen login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. phpopen shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify phpopen immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phpopen accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 banking hours. phpopen reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 60 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. phpopen reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests of any amount.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phpopen operates in full compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended. phpopen may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. phpopen reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phpopen may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts in good standing only.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount.
• phpopen reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• phpopen reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are secondary to real-money funds — real-money balances are wagered first unless the Player's account contains only bonus funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phpopen are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

phpopen uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studios. All game results are final once confirmed by the system. phpopen is not responsible for losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules; players are encouraged to review game rules before placing bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phpopen reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. phpopen does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game or the platform as a whole.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpopen and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter
• Opening or operating multiple phpopen accounts
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with phpopen in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting identified errors are void
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with phpopen
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including family members
• Accessing phpopen in breach of any applicable law or regulation

8. Account Suspension and Termination

phpopen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC within required timeframes, or receipt of a PAGCOR directive. Upon termination of an account for cause, phpopen may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law, real-money balances pending investigation of suspected fraud or criminal activity.

Players may close their own phpopen accounts at any time by contacting 24/7 Live Chat support. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after standard AML checks, within 5 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpopen platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of phpopen or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phpopen solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of phpopen content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpopen shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phpopen platform; (b) any losses arising from third-party payment processing failures; (c) any losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside phpopen's reasonable control; or (d) any losses arising from game outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.

phpopen's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the phpopen platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11. Privacy

phpopen collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using phpopen, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phpopen complies with the Philippines' Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules.

12. Responsible Gaming

phpopen is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate suspension of account access. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of phpopen shall first be addressed through phpopen's internal dispute resolution process: submit a written complaint to phpopen via Live Chat or the contact email listed on the platform, and phpopen will respond within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, and the dispute relates to phpopen's compliance with its PAGCOR license conditions, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through their official channels. For all other disputes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phpopen reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a notice displayed on the phpopen platform. Continued use of phpopen following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using phpopen and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.
